We are pleased to offer full spectrum catering services, event planning, logistics and complete destination wedding assistance, along with a full line of rentals and an unforgettable and stress free event for your next catered affair.

Event Questionnaire

The information you provide by completing a questionnaire will allow us to determine our availability for your date. AE&C will contact you to schedule a phone consultation to discuss the particulars of your event request. From this phone consultation we will be able to provide a formal proposal for catering services.

Event Pricing & Quotes

Because every event is as unique as the people involved and what is being celebrated, pricing varies based on your needs and desires. Basic costs will include:

  • Menu Base Cost
  • Staffing Based on Menu
  • Rentals: Optional
  • Guest Ware: Optional
  • Operations Fee 

Staffing is based on the over all guest count, along with any setup and decor requirements, final complexity of the menu.  ie.  The appetizer of vertical crudités or a seafood martini, a beef carving station and specialty desserts that maybe ‘built on site’  require more staffing vs. a basic menu.   A service charge is always included and is based on the final event total.

Off premise catering is extremely variable with regards to location, venue, facilities available; ie. glaciers and mountain tops without running water vs. tenting on a river bed or a stationary structure that may or may not contain full kitchen facilities.

Location of the event may require overnight lodging for staffing ie. Cooper Landing, Kenai and the Kenai Peninsula (to Homer) or Denali, Fairbanks and North Pole; due to travel times.

Optional: Rentals of hard equipment (tents, tables, chairs, dance floors etc.) or soft equipment (guest linens, glassware, china, reception decor etc.) may or may not be necessary for your particular event.   We are very flexible with each individual reception as you may or may not require these additional items.  Faux ware may be utilized and provided by yourselves or by our company.
