Only the best meats, freshest Alaskan Seafood and the finest of produce available are used. Need stem strawberries in December? We will go to every length to obtain the most wonderful product.

There are no bland flavours here – from fresh Fennel Pollen to pink Himalayan Sea Salt, our menus boast a variety of flavours from local fresh Alaskan Seafood, to imported flavours from around the world.

We support our local growers in Alaska by using as much local produce as possible. Be sure to inquire about what
