I wanted to thank you for your LOVELY catering job. The meal was a
fantastic experience and I was very happy to share such wonderful
food with all of the people I love.
Thank you for your professionalism and your talents with food are incomparable.
I am anticipating a bit of a letdown after such a beautiful day and
week. It makes me think I need to think up some other reason to get
everyone together again... and if I EVER need catering for anything
you will be my first choice.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the
exquisite job you did at our wedding on August 12, 2006.
Bob and I, and our family couldn’t be more pleased with the
professionalism of you and your staff, as well as the menu
selection, taste and quality of the food.
The Chicken Marsala and Halibut Olympia were so
delicious, many of our guests are still commenting on these
selections. I have to say though, that my personal favorites
were the Duck Quesadillas, strawberry vinaigrette dressing
and garlic mashed potatoes – yummy!
The service was excellent, right on time and the food was
served hot! I believe that for the size of our affair,
having the meal service versus buffet line was a much better
way to go. It truly added to the elegance of the day.
I would be pleased to refer you to future clients and
hope to work with you again in my event planning business.
